A quiet kind of Christmas magic lives here. The Secret Sleigh Society is a community-driven initiative where neighbours nominate families who might be silently struggling this holiday season. Because we work hard to make Santa feel as real as possible to the children in our community, we believe every home should feel seen by him too. Behind the scenes, our team of volunteers carefully prepares our “Secret Sleigh,” filled with donated gifts, essentials, and festive surprises, delivering them anonymously to doorsteps across the southeast. No spotlight, no fanfare… just kindness wrapped in twinkling paper and delivered with the heart of Christmas, ensuring no child—and no parent—feels forgotten by Santa. It’s a simple, meaningful way to remind our community that no one is forgotten at Christmas time.

With care, confidentiality, and community spirit, our team reviews each submission and prepares a Secret Sleigh of thoughtful gifts, essentials, and festive surprises for selected neighbours across the southeast. All information shared through this form—including names, contact details, home addresses, and personal circumstances—is kept strictly confidential and is used only for the purpose of reviewing nominations and coordinating gift delivery.

Access to nomination details is limited to South East Santa staff and select vetted volunteers directly involved in preparing and delivering the Secret Sleigh packages. Information will never be shared publicly, posted online, or disclosed to third parties.

As a small initiative, we will try our best to maximize the impact on each family but it is limited by the level of donations we collect. The typical achievable value is around $50 per person.

Submitted information is stored securely and may be deleted upon request. Families may opt out of participation at any time.

Please note that Secret Sleigh Society is a volunteer-run community initiative and not a registered charity, so we cannot issue tax receipts. Your kindness means the world, and every donation helps ensure no child, parent, or senior feels forgotten at Christmas.
